I'm a Southern Bride Blogger!

Yay! I am so thrilled to be a Southern Bride Blogger! Mainly because Southern Weddings is my favorite magazine & blog (and about 80% of my wedding inspiration). The other aspect I am excited about is becoming apart of blogging communities like this will (hopefully) inspire me to set more blogging goals for myself. I really want to improve my photography skills as well as my blogging frequency!

Last year, I was featured in their fabulous blog with the help of Honey Bee Invites' beautiful and creative stationary. This was so exciting for me, since I had just begun blogging and exploring hugely popular wedding blogs. I wanted to share the original post that we were featured in...

We entered photos of our most creatively, southern escort cards.. and WON! It was too much fun working on these. I made the mini, seersucker bow ties! After a few trial & errors and even more hot glue, they were perfect! Here are the photos from our entry... (notice: my fiancés name in first photo, before he was my fiancé, hehe)

...and here are the photos from our second entry that we did just for a good laugh!

Anyways, I thought it would be fun to go down memory lane. I can't wait to share more wedding inspiration from Southern Weddings Magazine, myself & my other go-to blogs!

Goodnight,
