Victoria Austin Designs was established in 2013. I specialize in wedding design/styling, stationery and florals. My work changes as I do and I am always up for a challenge. I am based out of Fairhope, Alabama and design all along the beautiful gulf coast and nationwide! I love to bring my craft to new places. VAD is currently in a transition phase with the birth of our first baby. As I navigate through the world of motherhood, I will be taking on less weddings. My work and my relationships sustain me. I am driven by my client and vendor friendships, and create within my inherent style… understated and natural, subtle but significant. I don't intend to be a jack of all trades, but I often can't resist "doing-it-myself". My experiences in different creative outlets brings me immense gratitude and appreciation for all forms of art.
I've lived in a handful of states across the U.S., but spent my adolescent years in Newport Beach, California. I am an obnoxiously proud graduate of Auburn University and since, call Alabama home. Growing up on the move has instilled in me to be social, adaptable and relatable. I met my husband at a college bar and am thankful for that unconventional form of serendipity. We married in Rosemary Beach in 2013 and gave birth to our first baby, a son, on July 25th of 2017.
When my mind isn't in creative overdrive, you can most likely find me and my Saint Andrew cleaning up after our Boykin Spaniel, Otto and little Thomas. Other than my boys, I love college football, outdoor dining, summertime on the boat, a good Netflix binge and festive celebrations.
